    An Open Forum on Reporting (Mandatory and non-Mandatory) and an update on NPRA’s Grievance Policy
Questions for Discussion:
  1. How do you recognize an abusive situation?
  2. What should you do if a Hospital, SNF, Fiduciary is accepting something unethical form a Placement Agent?
  3. What should you do if a family shares an unethical experience from another agent?
  4. Is our industry corrupt?  In lieu of regulations, what can we do to begin solving these problems?
