I am an Eldercare Advisor/Placement Specialist, that goes above and beyond to help families that are in need of finding senior options specifically placement. I help them in all different areas from in home care services, Assisted Living Communities, Residential Care Homes/Board and Care, and Alzheimer's and Dementia care.
My mission is to do this personalized service since everyone is unique and there is the perfect place for them and I pride myself in helping find that match. I take the time to listen and to understand your loved ones care needs. I will assess your situation and educate you on senior care and housing options. I will provide you with options that are personalized to your loved one's needs based upon care needs, social abilities, cultural preferences, financial means and your location of interest.
I help families that are discharging from the hospital or the skilled nursing facilities. I can also help with respite options, hospice, support groups and much more. My services are free to families due to the communities that work with me.
