VIP Concierge Care Management are professional trained in health and human services, to help guide, advocate, and find resources for families with aging parents. We can assist with and help the individual reach his/her maximum functional potential, while encouraging independence and making sure safety is addressed. We have knowledge about cost, quality and availability of resources in the community, and how to access these resources. VIP Care planning assessment identifying problems and providing solutions, by offering both short term and long-term care plans. Assistance with relocation and transition into an Assisted Living Facility, board and Care Home or Skilled Nursing Facility. Assistance for caregivers living near or far away. Counseling and support to resolve problems with Aging Parents.
As a VA Accredited Claims Agent (Only Geriatric Care Manager in CA with VA accreditation) with nearly 14 years of submitting applications and with a 100% approval track record, I assist with all aspects of processing VA claims. I’m authorized to litigate claims on behalf of veterans who have been wrongfully denied a benefit. As a wartime veteran who retired in 1992 from the Air Force, I know firsthand the criticality of processing VA claims promptly and getting benefits to our service men and women as quickly as possible.
Known by many as The Elder Care Navigator, I’m a Certified Care Manager trained to assist elders and their families on senior care issues. I understand the social and emotional impact that elder care has on a family. The stress can wreak havoc in the home. I do everything possible to find solutions to prevent this or to stop it from continuing. My knowledge and experience with senior placement ensures elders obtain quality care and transitional preparation for their future.
Personal Background
After serving my country in the Air Force, my career took various twists and turns. Through it all, I never lost sight of the need for veteran assistance in securing service-earned benefits. As I grew professionally, my awareness of the needs of the aging population came into focus. Combining my passion for helping veterans and my desire to serve seniors, I founded Advanced Wellness.
Whether I’m navigating government bureaucracy on behalf of a veterans or widows of war time veterans in need or locating a desired living facility for a senior, I don’t give up until success is achieved. My professional and community involvement includes:
