Biography
Steve Dabbs is a Vietnam veteran who served aboard the USS Racine LST 1191. He entered the financial services industry in 1978 and, in 2012, began helping veterans by educating them on Veterans Pension with Aid and Attendance benefits. On June 30, 2011, he became an accredited claims agent, accredited by the Department of Veterans Affairs. He is allowed to represent a Veteran before the Department of Veterans Affairs in preparation, presentation, and prosecution of VA claims, and represent veterans before the “Board of Veterans Appeals.”
He is a Certified Medicaid Planner™, CMP™, in effect an ALTCS Planner. He actively helps individuals families navigate through the ALTCS Application process. ALTCS requires that an applicant that is a war-time veteran or their surviving spouse apply for Veterans Pension too. Sense Steve Dabbs is also a VA Accredited claims agent. He can legally help the ALTCS applicant file the required VA claim.
Steve Dabbs is also an Accredited Investment Fiduciary. As a “Fiduciary,” Dabbs must do what is in the best interest of the client.
He is also a Certified Long Term Care Insurance Specialist, Registered Financial Consultant, Certified Estate Planner, Investment Advisor Representative.
Dabbs has over 35 years’ experience in the financial industry, emphasizing the area of long-term care, making him a uniquely qualified Long Term Care Financial Planner.
He is also a national mentor, trainer, and consultant in VA benefits and Medicaid planning. He has advised financial planners and attorneys throughout the United States.
