Biography
Tracy Toomer is President and Owner of CarePatrol of Collin County-Central, the nation’s largest senior placement organization that helps seniors and their families find assisted living, independent living, and memory care communities free of charge.
Prior to CarePatrol, Tracy spent 25 years in corporate America in various roles from vice president of operations to regional sales and marketing director of multi-unit locations in over 14 states.
Toomer recently was named to the board of Alzheimer’s Association Dallas Northeast Texas Chapter. She is also in the society of certified senior advisors and earned her master’s in business administration from Jacksonville University, in Jacksonville, Florida.
Tracy is active in the senior community and brings a creditable and important voice to finding safer senior living. Each month, Tracy facilitates “mental aerobics” at the Wellness center for Older Adults in Plano, Texas. She is passionate about dementia care and earned her certified dementia practitioner certification in 2022.
Toomer will begin her term for the National Placement and Referral Alliance (NPRA) of Texas Board in 2023. She believes every senior and their family deserves a trusted advocate. NPRA helps families navigate the senior living industry to find personalized senior care and housing options they can trust.
Tracy resides in Allen, Texas with her parents and four-legged brother Bruno.
