Laura Daniels has a been registered nurse for 30 years. She is a clinical case manager, board certified patient advocate, and certified dementia practitioner. She advocates, guides, and supports clients in need of care options, and senior living options. She has worked caring with our senior population as a clinical case manager in hospitals and in different care settings. She understands transitions in care and the care needs of our older population. She is now using that knowledge and experience to serve our seniors and improve their quality of life.
