Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, Tony began his real estate career with off-market purchases and “flipping houses”. He has vast experience in negotiations and making creative offers which now helps him assist buyers and sellers.
Tony has achieved Graduate Realtor Institute designation and is a Certified Probate Expert as well. He has resources to help seniors with neglected (or pristine) homes. He is an active partner to take the real estate burden off families and caregivers. If a home needs clean out, painting, repairs, landscaping etc., he can get all of these done with no out if pocket cost to the owner until closing. The owner will get the house sold faster and for more money.
