The following form is to be used by NPRA Chapters to create an event communication to their membership.
The form allows the submitter to list all the information about the event.

Each Chapter has the ability to list one event per month with up to three notifications (email blast) up to 30 days prior to the event date.

Please note: The person listed as the Contact will be the person listed on all event communication and registration link.

This form must be completed and submitted in order for the event registration and messages to be created.
Emails in reference to events, will no longer be accepted.
